Flashed Glass

Flashed glass is mouth blown by St Just in France: a fine soft coloured molten enamel coating is then deposited on the clear or coloured glass which is easy to etch with sand or acid. Areas where the enamel has been removed can also be coloured with silverstain. We use Flash to make our "Brilliant Cut Starburst" for Victorian style door corners.
