This streaky art glass expands your creative possibilities! Bold exciting swirls and streaks will add that extra something to make your projects stand out.

  • Easy to cut - perfect for beginners
  • Consistent pattern and texture
  • Tested for fusing - 96 COE

    Customer Service
    By Beth

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Creative Glass Guild: The Highland Heroes of Customer Service

I don’t know what kind of sorcery Creative Glass Guild is practicing down in Bristol, but they might have set a new world record for customer service. I ordered a single sheet of glass (because, of course, I’m a risk-taker with delicate parcels), and unfortunately, it arrived in more pieces than a toddler’s jigsaw puzzle.

Normally, breakages wouldn’t faze me—I should note, this was the first ever mishap in what I’ll admit has been an eye-wateringly large number of orders over the years. But this time, dear fellow glassers, we were in crisis territory. This wasn’t just any sheet of glass; it was the sheet to complete a commission due in 48 hours. The kind of pressure that could test the patience of a saint—or at least make you consider a dramatic career change.

I called them up, fully braced for a customer service runaround, but nope—these legends weren’t having any of it. Within 24 hours, a brand-new, intact sheet of glass was at my doorstep in the Scottish Highlands. THE HIGHLANDS. For reference, Bristol to here is practically an odyssey —frogs have been turned into princes faster than parcels make it this far north, halfway to Hogwarts.

No fuss, no hassle, just a replacement with a virtual smile. Honestly, I half-expected it to arrive with a cup of tea and an apology letter penned in calligraphy. Creative Glass Guild, you’re not just crafting glass—you’re shattering expectations and rescuing frantic artists one parcel at a time. Bravo!
