Aventurine Blue Frit - Transparent COE96
Glass frit plays a role in every segment of the hot glass arts. Each colour is clean-crushed, magnetically cleaned, and screened into specific sizes for a variety of applications. Compatible throughout the System 96 family.
Five particle sizes/grades are available in every colour, in order of grade, starting with the finest, the particle sizes are:
- Powder
- Fine
- Medium
- Coarse
- Mosaic

Please note that not all sizes/grades are available in all colours.

Fabulous stuff
By Anne CrouchAt last, the aventurine frit powders are back in stock: they create some fabulous effects, particularly if you have stacks of glass and sieve the powder over them - as the stacks melt, more frit sticks to the edges than elsewhere so you get a variety of depths of colour, and the aventurine adds a smashing sparkle. (I know, all very non-technical - I recommend that you experiment, if you haven't already)
